Tried to contact the company, phone number doesn’t work and no one ever replies. Devoid of customer service. Gave one star as zero wasn’t an option

I have tried to send email but I have not received a response yet.
I made purchases on 21st November.
I have received 2 of them, but still 1 has not on the third order.
I have been charged 3 times on my credit card.
Can you please check this matter.
