Website Refund & Exchange Process
We hope that you are overjoyed with your new ORIGANI products. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you can return your product.
Refund for online purchases
Orders made online can be returned within 7 days of purchase.
Exchange for products ordered online or Store Credit
Must be exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
To return or exchange your ORIGANI product please provide the following:
IN-STORE PURCHASES
For purchases made at an ORIGANI store boutique or another retail outlet, please contact the retailer directly for their return and exchange policy.
ONLINE PURCHASES
For items purchased at the ORIGANI website, please provide the following:
- Contact Customer Service at service@origani.com.au;
- Provide original proof of purchase;
- Ensure the product is in original, undamaged, unopened packaging and resalable condition;
- Any promotional gifts included with the purchased product, in undamaged and unopened packaging;
- Ensure that your product is returned within 7 days of contacting Customer Service;
