Origani Skincare Quiz Giveaway

1) Promoter

The promoter is Origani Australia (Origani), operating via origani.com.au (Promoter).

2) Competition name

Origani Skincare Quiz Giveaway” (Competition).

3) Eligibility

Entry is open to individuals who:

  • are Australian residents; and
  • are 18 years or older at the time of entry.

Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and its related entities, agencies, and contractors associated with the Competition are not eligible to enter.

4) Competition period

The Competition runs from 12:00am AEDT on 8 March to 11:59pm AEDT on 22 March (Competition Period). Entries received outside the Competition Period will not be accepted.

5) How to enter

To enter, eligible entrants must, during the Competition Period:

  1. Complete the skincare quiz at https://origani.com.au/pages/quiz (Quiz); and
  2. Submit their details as prompted in the Quiz submission flow (Entry).

No purchase is necessary to enter.

6) Entry limits

Maximum one (1) entry per person for the entire Competition Period. The Promoter may, at its discretion, disqualify any entrant who submits multiple entries or attempts to circumvent this limit (including by using multiple email addresses or identities).

7) Prize

There is one (1) prize:

  • Origani Erda Luxury Facial Collection valued at AUD $550 (RRP) (Prize).

The Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash, unless required by law.

If the Prize (or any part of it) becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any legal requirements.

8) Draw and winner selection

The winner will be selected by random draw from all valid entries received during the Competition Period.

  • Draw date/time: on or about 23 March (AEDT) at the Promoter’s offices or as otherwise determined by the Promoter.
  • The winner will be the first valid entry drawn.

9) Winner notification

The winner will be notified via the contact details provided at entry (typically email) within a reasonable time after the draw.

The Promoter may also publish the winner’s first name and initial, and/or state/territory on Origani’s website and/or social channels (unless the winner requests otherwise).

10) Claiming the prize

The winner must respond to the notification within 7 days (or such other timeframe specified in the notification) to claim the Prize and provide any information required for fulfilment (e.g., delivery address).

If the winner does not respond within the required timeframe, is not eligible, or cannot accept the Prize, the Promoter may deem the Prize forfeited and conduct a redraw from remaining eligible entries.

11) Delivery

The Promoter will arrange delivery to an Australian address nominated by the winner. Delivery timeframes may vary. The Promoter is not responsible for delays outside its reasonable control.

12) Costs

Any costs associated with entering the Competition (including internet access or device costs) are the entrant’s responsibility.

13) Verification and disqualification

The Promoter may require entrants to provide proof of eligibility (including age and residency) and may verify entries. The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who:

  • tampers with the entry process or the website/Quiz;
  • submits an entry that is incomplete, illegible, offensive, or fraudulent;
  • breaches these Terms & Conditions; or
  • engages in conduct that, in the Promoter’s reasonable opinion, compromises the fair and proper conduct of the Competition.

14) Privacy

The Promoter will collect and use personal information to administer the Competition, contact entrants, and deliver the Prize. The Promoter may also use entrant information in accordance with its privacy practices. By entering, entrants consent to the Promoter handling their personal information for these purposes.

15) Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered or sustained (including indirect or consequential loss) in connection with the Competition or Prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any rights an entrant may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

16) Force majeure

If the Competition is interfered with in any way beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control (including technical failures, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, or other causes), the Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, terminate, or cancel the Competition, subject to any legal requirements.

17) General

The Promoter’s decisions regarding the Competition are final (subject to any legal requirements). Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

18) Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia and the applicable state/territory courts will have jurisdiction.
