Welcome to the fourth month of the Origani 12 Month Transformation. Our focus for the next four or so weeks will be movement and the benefits it has for both our physical and mental wellbeing.  Every Thursday we’ll have a #GetMoving segment on our socials with some active ideas that offer some extra wonderful benefits and we’ll also be holding a competition on Instagram that you won’t want to miss. Plus, because the unfortunate reality for many is that working out equals breaking out, we’ll be exploring ways to combat acne and stop that post-workout glow turning into post-workout spots.
