I was stopped in our local shopping centre at one of the Origani sales stands, I usually avoid these but I'm very glad I took the time to talk to the salesperson as this Manuka Honey Peel is just fantastic.
Initially I thought the price seemed alot but when you consider that you only use a small amount once a week, I think it's quite reasonable.
Once issue I have is the customer service online and their lack of response. It is very disappointing! As many other reviews mention, their lack of response is terrible and I would strongly suggest that if you are going to purchase to do so in store, face to face where your questions will be answered on the spot and not to mention you can sample the products to see if they suit you before making the investment.
Origani, you really need to up your game in this area. You would make alot more sales if you paid attention to online enquiries. I for one would definitely have purchased more products online you had bothered to respond to my emails!
I could only give 4 stars because of the lack of customer service aspect.
I like using the erda firming face serum, it's light and you feel it working instantly
Wonderful product. My skin just soaks up this oil with ease. It nourishes my skin and shrinks my large pores. I just love it.
I got stopped by a lovely lady at the shopping centre selling these products, I was hesitant at first however she showed me what my nails could look like and how soft and hydrated my hands could be and as a Nurse I Defently needed this. I brought one and immediately went home and tried it out on all my nails and I love it ! I also did my husbands nails and moisturised his hands as he is a carpenter his hands are very rough and he also loved it ! Ahha.
Thankyou for a lovely product and thankyou to the gorgeous lady I met today and showed me what I’m missing out on! Can’t wait for your new store at green hills ! I will Defently be visiting !
